are all readily available in grocery stores and the dish itself is really easy
to make.

Diced garlic, ginger and chopped onions
Eggs
Ketchup
Sugar
Rice/white vinegar
Chopped Green pepper
Chopped Red bell pepper
Chopped carrots
Chopped Pineapples
Seasoning
Dip chunks of chicken in egg wash and coat with seasoned
flour. Deep fry and set aside on paper towels.
Mix some ketchup and a quarter cup of vinegar in a bowl. Add
some sugar to the mixture and set aside.
In a sauce pan, heat up 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and
throw in the diced garlic and ginger followed by the chopped onions. Then throw
in the fried chicken; stir on low heat for about 3mins and add the chopped
